California-Sunday

The first missionary was Jackson's last companion, Elder Coons.
The Broadericks fed us dinner on Sunday.
This is the Rayle family, Jackson's last baptisms.
More friends.
Dryw Waite and his cute wife.  They lent us the boogie board.
My driver and my snoozer.
Alex and Dalia
One of Jackson's companions who is from Maine.
Breakfast at Norm's.
Sunday was nice.  We went to church in Fullerton which was the last place that he served.  We then went to Irvine, the first place that he served. After meeting a bunch more people we drove around and saw the views from La Habra to Los Angelas.  We had a lovely dinner with the Broadericks and their two large Huskys.  After, we went to visit the Rayle family that Jackson had spent so much time with at the end of his mission.   What a great family.
Our last stop was to see Mayte and her family.  She was from the Santa Ana singles ward.
They fed us flan and that is something I will never forget!
It has been a great trip.  It is so wonderful to feel the love that these people had for my son.  I am grateful to see the kind people that took care of him while he was on the Lord's errand.

  2. What a fun trip! It's great that you got to meet all of the people and see all of the places that you heard about for 2 years. I bet Jackson loved the whole trip, too.
