We hired the "big boys" from Tremonton again to chop the silage. What took us a week takes them 8 hours. They bring this big chopper and three four-ton trucks and a big tractor to tromp the pit. Bryan is standing on the deck talking to the driver. Thanks McMurdie's!
We have an oat,barley, wheat blend behind Allan's house, at Red's, and behind Marj's place to chop this year. The crops have grown pretty well and the water is holding out. We will be digging these pieces up and replanting oats. Some we will graze and some we will bale for cow feed.
